By "replica" do you mean you'd implemented Replication on the database?

Or do you just want to make a copy?

If you just want to make a copy, use standard File I/O methods:

FileCopy "source" "destination"

If you are using replication and want to make a true Replica, you'll need to use the Jet Replication Objects (JRO) and work with them ... needless to say, that's a LOT more complex than FileCopy.
