I have added a navigation caption to a form and it doesn't display correctly on the form.  It repeats the text with a block in the middle.  Any ideas?

The "square block" is likely the CarriageReturn or LineFeed character ... in the Navigation Caption property, delete the word "PATIENTS", then press the delete key a couple more times ... you'll probably see another instance of "PATIENTS" show up.
