I'm trying to add a bit of code to overlay a watermark and copy the original file to a new directory, the hard this is that I do not understand where to inject my watermarking code..

What's the variable for the file name and folder location right before it uploads?

It's hard to understand this OOP class.

http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Hooks/UploadForm:BeforeProcessing looks like the way to add your hooks to allow you to process the uploaded image before it is saved.

If I was debugging this, I would INITIALLY have the following code ...

I don't know how to integrate that into your site, but I hope you do.

What I am trying to do is to dump the uploadFormObj. All the properties and values.

From there you can have a good guess as to where the data/filenames/etc. are.
