Proplem with opening documents with Reader 9.1

Hello Together.

I hope someone can help me.

I have a interesting problem. When i want open a PDF Document with a doubleclick, then the Reader hangs most time. This will happen on different documents. If i open this document over Acrobat Reader menu, the document will open correctly.

The next crazy point is, if i want rename the folder which contains the pdf files, the explorer will hang also.

Our configuration.

Windows Vista SP1 and SP2

Profile Path local

Adobe Reader 9.1.2

Domain Logon.

What i have tested:

- Same installation with a local user account. = Works.

- Reinstall = problem exists

I have found a small thing. If i delete the UserCache.bin file int the APPDATA, then it works until the files is recreated.

Other PDF reader from other companies works without any problem.

I hope somebody can give me some hints or a solution for this problem.

Hi

Well, when I first read this description, I didn't even want to think about it.  Then, I did a search and found:

Very interesting, eh?  Looks like it's a font problem.  According to the discussion at that link.

Check it out.  That is really a weird one.

Thank you

I know, it isn't a easy problem.

But this step i tested before, but it doesn't work.

First i was thinking it could be a problem with the creator software. but i had the same problem on different creation software. I've tested the visagesoft and the microsoft own creator.

The Problem is, this problem exist not on all documents.

I have tried many, but i haven't found a solution.
Maybe i have written wrong. The PDF Reader starts but after start the Reader will be frozen. I have to shut down the task.

When i go over document open in the reader it will run without any problem.
