I am runnig windows XP SP3.
I have a Hitachi-NESO 250GB external USB HDD

I am looking to backup my files on my local computer to this device.
Anyone able to point me in the direction of some free backup util
Scheduled or even on connection backup would be nice.

(not NTBackup)
