Excel 2007 GPO set Trust Center external content

Hi all,

I would like to set a GPO for Excel 2007 and i would like to enable both the "Enable all data connections" and "Enable automatic update for all workbooks" under Trust center and external content.

Can you pelase guide me trough? i alreadt have a template off all office 07 and excel in the gpo editor.

Please help me since i need it to implement it on 75 computers.

Have you:

To manage these policy settings, you must first load the Excel 2007 Administrative Template file, Excel12.adm, into Group Policy Object Editor.

as i previously said i imported the tempalte already in the gpo edidtor. i cant find those 2 particular settings....

No, they are settings under excel security options, and instead of  going round 75 computers i wanted to create a GPO. but still can't find them after i imported ADM tmeplate

I have to admit this is way outside my area of knowledge or experience. I have only approached it from a purely logical stance - so I can't help much more. My only suggestions are:

1. They probably use some other rather arcane names for what you want to do

2. MS's helpline is probably the way through the problem
