Would liek to know of any issues that could appear as we are goign to upgrade our Win 2k TS to Win 2k3.  Our DC's, licencing server etc are all on 2k3 so i dont see any issues arising, however permissions on apps worries me.
We are plannign on doing in place upgrade due to lack of £.

thanks

You'll need to have Windows 2003 TS Cals installed on your TS Cal Server. If your TS server is also your CAL Server you'll need to install these CALs as soon as you've completed the OS upgrade.
