The mailbox limits are actually Active Directory attributes.......
Download Windows 2003 Server (SP2) support tools ..http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=96a35011-fd83-419d-939b-9a772ea2df90
Download both the files ..support.cab & support.msi on the desktop location
Double click support.msi & install the Windows support tools
Open Adsiedit.msc from the Run command, and expand your domain container.
Expand the domain tree and browse to the required user object.
Right click the user object and select Properties.
Add the values for these attributes..MDBStorageQuota which will Issue Warning
MDBOverQuotaLimit  which will prohibit Senf
MDBOverHardQuotaLimit  which will Prohibit Send and Receive
