Nvidia Quadro NVS 110 M - according to Dev manager.

Would I be better off getting it from the horses mouth at Nvidia?

Oh and in specific answer to your question it's always best to obtain drivers from the original vendor if possible. Downloading drivers from the PC manufacturer can be much simpler, however many manufacturers dont update their driver database very often, meaning you can be downloading drivers which are out of date before they've even been installed.
