I am looking for alternatives to this program http://www.callerippro.com/
If possible free, solutions or opens soruce.

Depends how much gloss you would like.

This information is freely available using nestat and other built in or freely available tools

Alternatively you could look at an open-source perimeter firewall which will show you state tables and Geoip information with appropriate plugins....off the top of my head, this can be achieved using IPCop or pfSense or countless others, as effectively all that is happening is:

1) the session state table is being read (netstat)
2) Reverse DNS lookups are being read (nslookup/dig)
3) Whois lookups are being carried out against the IP (whois)
4) GeoIP searches are being carried out agains the IP (maxmind.com)
