It possible that when you added the new GroupBox it was accidentally "dropped" onto one of the other GroupBoxes instead of the Form.  This would make it a child of the other GroupBox and thus hide too when the parent one is hidden.  Check to make sure it is a child of the Form...

Hmmm....well, I assumed that this was a WinForms application.  Is this the case?...or are you working on a WebForms app?

Accidently added Gbx to other Gbx and not the main form. I just cut the group box and pasted it to the main form and it works now. Thank you.
