I have deleted normal.dot. The problem remains for this user

This is a terminal server environment and only one use is having this problem.

I have tried to run/  "winword safe" I fails the moment bullet is clicked

Try deleting the Word data key --- also try updating your print drivers.

Also, can you try selecting the bullets from Format, Bullets and Numbering, rather than the toolbar and see if that makes a difference.

Thirdly, there may be SEVERAL instances of normal.dot on a hard drive.  I would be sure to search hidden files and delete them all.

I remoted in through tsadmin took control of her PC. I then went to the registry exported the list gallery for saftey and then deleted it. This is und current user\ sfotware\microsoft\office\ 10 word
