Accessing Outlook emails in the Mobile devices

We are hosting our own exchange server 2003 for our email services. I am trying to set up the system so to enable staff access their emails through Mobile phone. How do you do that?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I depends on what the phones are.
If they are ActiveSync compatible then use that. If they are not, then other options would have to be used.
