Multiple sites hosted on server giving 404 errors

I have a webserver serving three websites.  Server crashed last night.  Today, all sites are giving 404 pages, even with "show friendly error pages" turned off.  Also get 404 message when attempting to browse site in IIS (6.0) on server itself.  I've restarted the server, restarted all services, verified all files are in their correct location and verified default.aspx is listed under properties --> documents.  Anyone have any other ideas?  Thanks!

I could not tell you without being there. Sorry...

If nothing internaly changed, doing a clean re-boot should bring it back up.

If this was due to a power outage or outside issue, I would be looking at my FIREWALL - for sure.
