Load certificate on Tmobile Dash phone

I have a tmobile dash phone that used to connect to my exchange server until the new update wiped out the certificate. Can anyone point me to a walkthrough for the Tmobile Dash certificate install?

First: Get a copy of the cert sent to your laptop or PC.
Second: Connect your Wim Mobile device to said laptop/PC
Third: Drag and drop the CERT the device on the PC
Fourth: Using your Win Mobile device, browse to your "file" store and select your SSL cert you will see ther
