Can I create a CAS nlb cluster with 2 servers that are on different subnets and in different AD sites?

Npatang, your link refers to CCR clustering which is different.

XCHExpert, i don't see anything that says it will work across subnets.

I have found that windows NLB clusters must be on the same subnet.  i believe they could technically be in different AD sites and it would not affect the NLB cluster.  Although, if they are on the same subnet you would likely have to intentionally move one to another AD site.  Which I can't think of a good reason to do.
