problem with users on ts 2003

HI

I seeem to be having problems with user on the ts. When they try to log on then sometimes get a blank screen and i have to log them off using terminal services manager, when they log back in it works fine.

They happens if they disconnect or log off.  

Any ideas

Sounds like some application is hung and doesn't let the system finish the logoff process.
Check with task manager what the user having problem is running when this happens.

Configure time limit of disconnected sessions by using tscc.msc->rdp-tcp->Properties->Sessions or using the following policy setting in local policy or GPO linked to OU with the computer object.
Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Terminal Services\Sessions

Install UPHClean
