How to list the Access tables that compost a dataset using VB.net

I have an Access Database on my computer which is made up of several tables.  New tables will be added to this database by the end user dynamically (via a dataset).  How would I list all of the tables found in either the Access database or the dataset which represents the Access database in either a listbox or datagridview using VB 2005.
Thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
