How to list the Access tables that compost a dataset using VB.net

I have an Access Database on my computer which is made up of several tables.  New tables will be added to this database by the end user dynamically (via a dataset).  How would I list all of the tables found in either the Access database or the dataset which represents the Access database in either a listbox or datagridview using VB 2005.
