Hi ,

I am currently running a windows 2003 and asp.net 3.5 and sql server 2005 standard. all of them are 32bits.
Now I am planning to upgrade a new server . and willing to go with windows 200864bit and sql server 2008 64bit.
Can I do that ?
the development env will still in Vista 32bits and VS2008 32 bits.

questions:
Can I replication between 2008 64bit and 2008 32bit express to keep a copy of database?
Can I running the 32bits asp.net program with 64bits Sql server?

No Issues. You can do replication between 2008 versions without considering bit versions

Can I running the 32bits asp.net program with 64bits Sql server?

Yes..ASP Application will connect to SQL Server irrespective of its bit versions.
Bit versions are applicable for SQL Server Installations only. Once it is Installed, then everything becomes a SQL Server 2008 database only.

Hope this helps.
