Hi.

I'm developing a REST handler for a web application.
It's a class dll so I mount the drive of the server as a remote one and tell VS to create it at the remote drive /bin .
This works fine, the only problem is that I've no idea how to debug it there.
Excecuting is not possble as VS tell me a class dll can't be executed - for sure.
At the server there's no VS installed.

Any other way how to do?

Thanks,

Andre

Hmm, I think it's possible but very difficult.  You'll have to install the remote debugging components on the server, then if you have an account with sufficient privileges attach to it remotely.

To be honest it's far easier to work on a local virtual machines or do like I do.  My development workstation actually runs Windows Server as the host operating system so I can work locally to debug.
