I would like an external hard drive enclosure with e-SATA, a fan, preferably aluminum, running quiet and super cool, able to swap drives quickly without tools, no raid, 1 e-SATA port per drive, capacity 1-4 drives.

Prefer no raid, an e-SATA connector for each drive, and not rack mounted. Something that will sit on top of my computer. A 2 drive box would be ideal.
