Blocking a sender using IBM Lotus

I am using IBM Lotus iNotes 8.5 and i am accessing my email account through webmail only.  I would like to block a particular sender so that his emails are directed to junk mail or better if automatically deleted from my account and never delivered to me.

How can i do that?

Use the built in mail rules.
