How do I change the site description on a joomla 1.5 install

In joomla 1.5, how do I change the line:

  <meta name="description" content="Joomla! - the dynamic portal engine and content management system" />

i.e. which file is it in?

In the administrator section, go to the Site menu and select Global configuration. It's under metadata settings.
