Ok, work for a school, and have many many staff using our file server.

these staff seem to enjoy making various copies of teh same files just in different folders.

Is there a program out there that can help me find all files that occur more than once on a server and possibly (prob's asking to much now) replace some copies with shortcuts to master copies
