I have 5 related Sharepoint Lists with Level0 being the broadest category. So you need a Level0 to have a Level1. After creating a Level1, you can have multiple Level2 entries which are related to that Level1 entry.

Ok so now I have a List Form Web Part for Level2. Because they are linked, it shows your value of Level1 for that Level2 entry. Is there a way to also show the Level0 value on this form?

Example... Level0 = "Applications"
Level1 = "Requests"
Level2 = "Make it work"

Right now, the form for a new Level2 record shows the Level1 field and "Requests"... is there a way to show on this form that Level0 is "Applications"?

no, unless you're trying to make a Custom List Form WebPart using DataView/Form Web Part with SharePoint Designer
