Error Message

When saving documents to our network server I am getting an error message that states "The Save failed due to out of memory or disk space" the second error states "Check your spelling, or try a different path." The path that I am saving to is the correct path. Can you assist with this error message?

I'm assuming the problem is with just this one user. Have you checked their quota limits? On the server, right-click the drive where the file is located, click Properties, click Quota, click Quota Entries and see how much % drive space the users has used.

Is the problem with just this file? Can the user save it elsewhere on the same server? Can they save it on a different server?

I am the user and no I cannot save to other locations on the server. The other users are getting the message that they cannot open the file they have read access only to this location.
A dot file is a Word template and it may be corrupt. Check possible solutions here:
