Insert aspx using linqdatasource not working

I have two asp pages that are requiring users to enter information and then hit sumbit button with the Insert command using Linqdatasource.  I don't recieve any errors and the submission of form successfully navigates to a blank data list.  When I check my table it is blank as well.  The insert is not working.

When I test the functionality in my development environment (VWD 2008 using sql express)  it works as designed, however now as I try on host provider server with MSSQL 2008 database nothing is happening.

Can someone help me by sharing with me what should I be looking for to solve this problem.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
