Depending on who YOU are (a consultant, an employee), the most cost effective way of doing this is a clean install using two new licenses.  The only other way is to buy 2 copies of the Transition Pack - which will cost AT LEAST $1200 each.  The Transition pack "equalizes" the cost of SBS components to what they would have been had you purchased standard versions and removes the restrictions of SBS.
