Online exchange backup/mirror solution

I am about  to setup Microsoft small business server 2008 with exchange at a small motel.

There are only 6 users, but they want to run a local exchange server.
I want a online backup solution if the server goes down or the internet connection is interupted.

What is the best way to do this? Can I pay the ISP to keep a copy of all mail or is it posible to send the all mail to a second server with a MX record.

Use an E-mail Reputation Services provider, we use ExchangeDefender, that provides e-mail sanitation and continuity for those times where the server may go down.

The service also provides an archive feature that allows users access to any e-mail that passed through ED in the past year. The archive duration can be extended as well as the data volume increased for each user.

For clarification on the e-mail path:

Sender --> SMTP server --> Reputation Services SMTP --> SBS 2008 --> Recipient.

The reverse of the above for e-mail leaving the SBS 2008 as all outbound e-mail goes through ED too.
