Crystal Reports CrossTab Sorting Columns

I have a crosstab that I need to sort the columns so that the "Other" column is a always last.  Does anyone know if or how I can do this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

How are you generating the values?

One way is to use a group and sort the group in specified order

How do I group and sort by specified order?  The values are coming from a View.

Thanks for your help

Right click the cross tab in the left corner
Click CROSS TAB EXPERT
Select the ROW field
Click the CHANGE GROUP
You should be able to set the order

Thanks I did that.

Just one question will this hold true if more columns are added to the database?

What do you mean more columns?

If you are adding more values for the row then you will need to change the specified order to include the new values.

If more data is added to the database.

Is there then another way to do this so that the report doen't need to updated all of the time?

Not that I am aware of.

How are you getting the OTHERS column?

Is OTHERS a valid data entry?
If so you could use a formula like

IF {GroupField} = 'Others' then
    'ZZZZZZZZOthers'
else
    {GroupField}

Use that field in the grouping of the crosstab
Modify the group
On the second tab use the field itself for the column header.
