Groupwise find feature no longer working

I have one user on our network who has lost the ability to use the find feature, it was working well and thne just stopped working suddenly. I have tried usingher login on another comoputer and it behave the same way (not at all), other users work fine on that machine so it is something inherint to her profile.

Sounds like the index or the user database database is hosed.  I would run maintenance on the user account using ConsoleOne.

Find the user object in the GroupWise System portion and right click to choose GroupWise Utilities > Mailbox/Library Maintenance.  Then remove the checks from everything under actions except Structure and Index Check plus Fix problems (in other words leave Contents and Mailbox stats unchecked).  Click Run to start the job.  If you are the domain administrator, you should receive an email with the log file of the repair.  Repeat the process by removing the checks from Structure and Index and choose Contents (leaving Fix checked).  Wait for the log to be emailed to you and review.

Try the find again and hopefully it will work.

Even after running the maintenance utility the same problem exists.
