How to get a serial number from an MSA1000

I need to get the serial number off of two MSA1000's in order to add it to our support contract. I've got one physically near me and one in another country. I can't find the serial number on the chassis (Note: I can't pull it out of the rack to look at sides) and the other one I can only get to via the CLI. How can I obtain the serial number from both of these units.

Do you have access to the Compaq array manager.  It should be in the information section I believe.

By compaq array manager I mean compaq array configuration utility.  select the msa and the choose more information from the right side.  It is listed under chasis serial number.
