Cisco Aironet 1250 Antenna selection help

I have a 1250 Access point. I need some help selecting the antennas. There are so many choices. I dont need any fancy directional antennas, the simplest and cheapest option would be nice. It is going in the middle of a small office building.

I want to deliver 802.11n & g, it has both 2.4ghz and 5ghz modules.

Please define "small office building" (dimensions/layout) and describe its office space[s] (open cubicles, glass/walled offices, solid walls, et cetera).  :-)


Anyway, assuming you want them to mount directly on the 1250 which will itself be mounted on the ceiling...

I did not find any direct-mount 5GHz omni antenna with higher gain than that (Cisco) 3.5 dBi rubber duck.

the building is about 50' x 100'. Most of it is open and there a cubicles in the large area.  The interior walls are standard drywall with wood 2x4 framing...  I was hoping to mount the AP in the main portion of the building with all of the cubicles on a wall that is adjacent a Conference room. I'm hoping the Ap would penetrate the interior wall to the conference room for connectivity.
