I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Can you be more specific about what you want to restrict please.
Do you want to restrict access to certain websites e.g., facebook or block access by certain computers / user groups?
What sort of hardwarre firewall do you have as you may be able to setup blocking on there?

Sorry for the delayed reply. What i would like to do is to control the behavior of Mozilla Firefox like i do for Internet explorer, like configure proxy settings, restrict users from changing firefox settings and restricting them from accessing Tools menu etc using Group Policy.

GPO's are setup by Microsoft to control Microsoft products, not 3rd party products.
You won't be able to do this with a GPO settings unless there is a particular Firefox policy someone has written.
This link claims it can do it - so pay it a visit and see if it meets your needs:
