Device driver issue on Windows 2008

This is a new HP DL360G5 server setup. This is a SC11 xe HBA card installed used to connect tape drive. After this HBA card driver setup, there are two driver marked with exclamation shown in the device manager as attached. This server is using Windows 2008. Any suggestion is welcome!

what does the status say under properties? did you use the HP Pre Install Tool?

have you tried disabling, removing and then reinstalling with the latest one from HP?

hummmm, if thats the case then i am not sure on this one.....i run only a few HP servers and they all seem to install fine, maybe worth calling them?
