How to move encrypted sql procedure from one server to other ?

Hello Experts.
I need to move encrypted tsql procedure from one MS SQL 2005 server to other, how can i do this ?
I add that this must be done using SQL scripts and person charging procedure for the second server can not know the source code.
This is the code that i used to encrypt the procedure:

CREATE PROCEDURE example_procedure
WITH ENCRYPTION
AS
SELECT * from somewhere;
GO

you can't export SP and can't generate it's text because it is encrypted, the only option is to take full backup of database, restore it, restored database will have that SP too.
