I want to remove a delegate from a different users mailbox. I give my user full access permissions to the users mailbox (in EMC), and create a new profile (in outlook..) opening the users mailbox.. But I get an error message when I try to remove a delegate from the users mailbox;
"The delegates settings were not saved correctly. Cannot activate send-on-behalf list. You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object". Why do I get this error ? I have full access permissions on the users mailbox.. What can I do to be able to remove the delegate from this users mailbox without having to log in as the actual user ?

Hey,

I did see this happening with a user here too.. It look like Microsoft (or Outlook) checks the user credentials of the logged in users to set these permissions for user delegates. Tbh i didn;t suspect this kind of behaviour of Microsoft.. But as fas as i can see know (using Outlook 2003 btw) you need to log on with the user credentials..
