For testing purposes we need to enter a website and make it appear that I am from the US even though we are from Europe. Is there a way we can do this?

Is there a US proxy server or similar I could use? (I recall ones using a remote server service for testing browser compatibility but I have not been able to find this again)

Hi

I installed the Tor anomity software recently that I believe had a network map that would allow you to select another location as your IP address:

https://www.torproject.org/index.html.en

Also, as you already mentioned about the proxy servers, here is one site that has a large list of foreign servers:

http://www.easywebproxy.com/

Hope this helps.
