Outlook and word could not create the workfile, Check the temp eviroment variable

Hi

We have a costumer who are using a windows 2008 server TS farm with 3 TS servers.
After it have been running for some months now, outlook /word Comes with the attached error for some users on some servers.
e.g. User1 and User2 has the problem on server 3 and user3 has the problem on server 2

I have tested and there is a TEMP and TMP variable and it is pointing to the same location as on the servers thats working

Any one has an idear?

There's a reg edit here that might work... you're sure the temp location exists right?

"I eventually solved it by correcting the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\Cache registry key (I just pointed it to %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files)."

Also try running Word in safe mode... /a switch.  If it works properly then, delete the Word data key

I can't provoke the error anymore :S, so I can't test if any of your solutions would have worked, but now it work, that the important thing, for me at least :)
