Outlook Calendar Entries

Question: Somebody sends me a meeting request/calendar entry. It's set for a specific day and time. I accept it but then I want to make it an all day event. When I open the calendar entry the check box for "all day event" is greyed out. Is there a way to make that box active?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The link did help but it doesnt show any resolution. I even tried to go back to IE 7 but still have the same problem. I have a some users here that are still on IE 7 and the checkbox is not greyed out so I do believe it has something to do with IE 8 but uninstalling doesnt solve problem.

I have found out that the problem was with Service Pack 3. I had to un-install SP3 to fix the problem. Thanks Microsoft.
