Hello,

An assistant created an appointment for all the staff at my company. She tried to remove it, but it didn't remove from everyone's calendar. I'm wondering if there's a way through Exchange to delete a calendar appointment from all users' calendars if I have the exact details of the appointment.

Thanks!

Send a cancel invite to everyone. Once people get the mail they have to just select the option 'Remove from Calender' thats it....

Open the same meeting from the same users system and then select the Cancel Meeting option and send the update.
