I have a calendar event setup, this event is re-occuring.

For the next meeting date, 2 of the members do not need to attend. I open the meeting, have full rights to change it, as I created it, and select Remove Invitees, select the two names, and Select OK.
An error window pops up stating "Object variable not set" OK?

I click OK and all of the attendee's are still there. Is this a mailbox issue, or backend issue.?

We ended up having to create an agent that renames the room. Very painful, when the end user doesn't click the big flashy button that saves, your rooms will not work if you don't click this.

We did a name change on the room, and this is stemming from it. Nightmare..

Thanks guys..

Partial help, but problem was deeper than answer could cover.

 Hi there 78Jimmy,,,

Thank you very much for your good command posted above and I hope everything is OK . However, the thing is you didn't post any comment since the time I posted my comment in 14/07/2009 so I thought everything was going well with you , other wise I would ask you for more details and would do my best to help .

Thanks again, we actually had our Lotus Admin figure out another solution. When the room name migration happened, everyone was sent out an email with directions to click this button, and it will update your calendar room names. Seemed simple enough. But the users didn't do it. So now it's a matter of finding the screwed room names and modifying them from the back end, or through there console.

Just wish we could find a way to automatically go through peoples calendar and find non compliant room names.

Thanks again.
