PHP Includes under IIS with plesk etc

Hi,

Trying to get a php package installed (PleskBilling formerly modernbill) and I get PHP include errors for things that are on the includes path.

Mind you I have tried /, \\ and \ in my path (knowing that \ is correct)
Warning: require_once(/lib-pkg/parsefunction.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\plesk-billing\admin\path.php on line 34

did you made an alias for PleskBilling?
i think that you need to put  PleskBilling in the www or public_html of your server

as i can see you have it in the root c

it is getting resolved because I have PHP parsing errors ;)

it is inside my website via link.

I have chucked plesk billing, because they charged me $75 and stated almost the same fact and closed my ticket, then they want another 75 to open another.
