How attach SQL Express db to SQL Server (GoDaddy Hosting)

I have an ASP.NET web app that I developed locally using SQL Express.

I created a new empty SQL Server db on my GoDaddy hosting.  How can I "attach" the MDF?  I need the data structure and data in the new SQL Server db.

I was looking for another alternative.  I already found that article.  I didn't want to download SQL Server 2008 to get it to work etc...

Hi RobertNZana,

Try the following:
1. Script your mdf file as an sql file using Database Publishing Wizard.
2. Once you have the sql file, you can publish it to godaddy using the same program (DPW).
3. You can find the godaddy webservice and all other connection strings in your godaddy  account.

That should help, I had to go through the same procedure earlier this week.

Another thing you can do, instead of step 3 is to log on to godaddy, and through the database management section, copy and paste your sql file (from step 1), and execute it directly on the web.
