How to solve this issue? Error: HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable
Error reported when access OWA from Exchange 2003 Front End to Exchange 2000 Back End. Front end and Back end are from same AD forest and Exchange Org but different Exchange Administrative Groups and AD child domain.
Are you able to browse OWA on BE server directly.

IIS is running on BE, i can access an OWA on BE itself. This error reported after 3 times login OWA from FE.
check my comments above, Also make sure that we have all the IIS related serces up and runnig on FE server

Ok thanks, let me check first, FYI OWA FE can access from other BE. Only this particular BE having problem.

All EX services started and store mounted. I do have event id 9014, 9095 and 9096 but dont have event id 101 and 9542. Does it mean that i still need the HKCRScan tool from PSS? Please advise.
On then try this first , try you able to browse OWA on BE directly.. In IIS of BE right click Exchange and browse , see if you are able to browse it.
RUN EXBPA on FE and BE and see if you get any inheritence blcok on server object.
