All EX services started and store mounted. I do have event id 9014, 9095 and 9096 but dont have event id 101 and 9542. Does it mean that i still need the HKCRScan tool from PSS? Please advise.

On then try this first , try you able to browse OWA on BE directly.. In IIS of BE right click Exchange and browse , see if you are able to browse it.

RUN EXBPA on FE and BE and see if you get any inheritence blcok on server object.

Hi,

I managed to solve this problem after fighting with network issues for couple of weeks. The problem is due to the SMTP email address on users account. My users on 2000 BE only have SMTP email address for child domain (ex: child.root.com), so i add secondary SMTP email address for root (ex: root.com).

I'm creating secondary SMTP at EX policy and apply it to all users. So after all users does have SMTP email address for child and root domain, the problem has been resolved.

I'm happy with an expert respond and can share this info to all of you.
