Check that you have office 2003 SP3 installed:
http://www.microsoft.com/DOWNLOADS/details.aspx?familyid=E25B7049-3E13-433B-B9D2-5E3C1132F206&displaylang=en

Then check to see if Word is set as the default mail editor.
If it is, turn it off.

Under Tools>Options>Mail Format>Untick - use Microsoft Office Word 2003 as default editor

Close and re-open Outlook and try again

SP3 is already installed, Word is not the default mail editor also.

I have noticed on some mails I think html mails I receive when I forward them my text comes out correctly yet other mail it spaces the text out?
