If you need to provide customers with remote support, LogMeIn.com offers two options. LogMeIn Rescue is a paid for subscription that provides you with a remote support service, however you can also use the free logmein client setup to download the free client, and then e-mail it to whoever needs remote support. Then when they install it , it will automatically tie in to your LogMeIn account, and you can begin remote controlling their PC.
