Not sure of your specific issue with the templates, but Dreamweaver is not a graphics program or editor. For this you will need Fireworks, Photoshop, or some other graphics program. About the only control you have over graphics in Dreamweaver is the size at which they display.

The way EE works is that you post a specific problem you are having. So "making templates work with my website files in DW" is too broad. A better question would be a description of what you have tried to do and what problems you are having.
Your second question should be posted in the Web Images Zone and again, be specific about what you need and what you have tried to do to this point.
As for #3, there is no live chat function on the site. Everything must be done through the posting format.
