How to permit anonymous users to do a Edit in Datasheet

What is the correct permissions I need to assign to a site, document library, for anonymous users to have the wright to export or edit the libraries content to a datasheet?

They must have contribution permissions for the list.  Because it's anonymous users they will be able to edit any list item even other peoples.

only want ed to give read permitions to the user but olso permit to expert to spread sheet and not give contribute it most be another way
