Windows LDAP Authentication Fails with my mail server

My mail server uses LDAP authentication with windows ad for users.
Recent days we are facing a typical problem that my mail server unable to bind ad users this causes mail users are unable to authenticate. It is happening only for few minutes in a day

Does your mail server use more than one LDAP server?

Are failures logged in the Security Log of the AD server while it's failing?

Are you able to see more about where it's failing to bind on the mail server?
